Jac A. Cotiguala is an attorney and counselor in labor and employment law and civil litigation. His practice is concentrated in the area of wage and hour. The firm believes that a fair day’s work should result in a fair day’s pay.

While we primarily represent workers in wage and hour matters, we also represent employers who are interested in complying with the labor and employment laws.

Labor Day Card

The firm celebrates its labor law heritage by issuing a Labor Day card since 2000. Below is the 2016 card. All of the cards celebrate Labor Day with a picture of the U. S. president who started the modern labor laws of this country: Franklin Delano Roosevelt. Without his foresight there might not be any labor laws in this country and the entire field of labor and employment law might not exist. We proudly affirm that history as we strive to enforce those laws today.
